Massages with Sherri

Relaxation: A smooth flowing massage that includes rocking, long
strokes, and gentle stretching. I love to focus on hands, feet and face
during these sessions. Great when all you need is to chill! 30min: $40
1 hour: $60 1.5 hours: $90 Add a relaxation facial:$20

General Massage: My mix of a medium pressured massage. Deep
kneading, long strokes, joint movements and stretching if I feel it is
applicable. Relieves pain; increases relaxation, response, Pricing is
the same as above.

Therapeutic: Extreme tightness? Pain? Muscles not feeling or
functioning well? You only enjoy deep pressure massage? This
choice is for you! Medium to Deep Pressure. Deep tissue techniques
such as joint positioning, deep kneading just along the spine, fist
rocking along with joint movement, nerve compression, and
stretching when I feel it is applicable. 30 min: $55 1 hour:$80 1.5
hours: $120
Reflexology Massage: Tired body, need to feel recharged? Let me start
you out with 15 minutes of massage on the back side of the body.
Once you are rolled over I use reflexive techniques such as facial
tapping, joint movement, rocking and shaking. I will end the service
with 12-30 minutes spent strictly on your feet. Add a pre-service foot
soak, and scrub 15 minutes $15
Massage Considerations
Do you want a no talk massage? Just ask! I will generally ask this "?"
if you are a new client, but I may forget! If you talk I will talk with you,

(as long as we can keep soft voices so that other spa guests can
enjoy their service).
Sweats & Leggings: if you do not need deep tissue work on your
thighs sweats & leggings can be kept on for that extra privacy and
warm feeling. I do love to help my guests stretch!
Jewelry: please remember to take it off and place it in the basket that
is provided. It's best to forget it at home! Cell Phones: they are best
muted during your service, remember the car warranty people have
your digits!
CRYSTALS: I have recently acquired an interest in crystals. They are
very pretty and are said to have healing energy. If you would like to
bring your own crystals they will be welcomed! I will place them at the
appropriate chakra level while you are laying on your back receiving a
massage. You can also keep one in your hand if that is your wish. I
will use crystal facial rollers during most facial massage. If you don't
wish for me to use them please let me know!
How to receive your best massage:
Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time! Go to the restroom if you
need to! Don't drink or eat in excess a few hours before your appointment.
Ask yourself what your goals are for this session! Example: just to chill?
focus on neck and shoulders so you can feel better? Communicate your
goals with me! I listen to my clients. Communicate to me if you are
uncomfortable or are experiencing discomfort from a level of
pressure, technique, or stretch that I am applying !
Breathe during your session, focus on your breath! Breathe in slow and
deep, hold it for a few seconds, think of YOUR unicorns and rainbows!
While exhaling try to imagine stress and tension leaving your body, breathe
out the BS like a dragon!

Massage can help to relieve pain, restore Range of Motion, increase circulation and
help you to truly RELAX! Choosing to book 1 massage a month can help you sleep
better, manage stress and moods, and to understand YOUR body!
Results vary upon the condition your body is in while receiving massage. 1 session
doesn't always relieve conditions that have been in the making for months or years. 1
session can help in subtle or significant ways. This doesn't mean you are a mess, this
means there is more work to be done (stretch and breathe) !
